A little about me
I was brought up on the island of Anglesey in North Wales and now live in Llandudno, close to my two grown-up daughters.
I first became interested in hypnosis while working as a dental therapist. A few years ago whilst dealing with a difficult work situation, I realised the importance of empowerment. As a result, I decided to train in hypnotherapy to help others take control of their lives.
Since then I have helped clients to address unwanted habits and behaviours in a friendly and approachable manner.
Approach
My aim is to help people to help themselves. I believe we all have the potential to live a happy, healthy, fulfilled, balanced life; and sometimes we need help to un-tap this potential to remind ourselves of how we want to live our lives.
Whatever change it is you want to make, I aim to help and support you with your journey.
